I don't think new players will be lost, by any means, playing the Amber and Amethyst deck, but there's something very immediate about the Sapphire and Steel deck
A player loses the game after having been dealt 21 combat damage from any one of them, not from both of them combined
Pretty high power level, very hard for some decks to beat and pretty much a kill on sight card regardless of what you are playing
Plus, I want to build a deck with lots of new and exciting Oath of the Gatewatch cards
But this is probably a welcome change for the Lorcana team as theyve been heavily pumping out exciting sets and we wouldnt want quality of these sets compromised by quantity
