葡萄品種：100% Grenache。

20%為陳年基酒，在混調前先導入橡木桶中培養3個月；80%為當年份收成，以不鏽鋼槽培養。其中10%是來自Mailly村的靜態紅酒。玫瑰花瓣的色澤，帶有橘色調。剛開始先散發出俐落的礦物感香氣，接著柚子，覆盆莓風味，再出現草莓，番紅花，餅乾等香味。口感溫和，香氣四溢，保留高比例夏多內的礦物感與白堊土的鹹味。清爽咿啞的粉紅香檳。
