Lot 193 - Vintage Blue Glass Jar With Painted Blueberry Design And Brass Fittings, 1-1/8" H Ststepen PLATE XXXII: The ShoulderVintage blue glass jar with matching blue glass lid, fitted with brass bands, hinge, and clasp hardware. The lid is decorated with a hand painted design of blueberries and leafy branch in white and black paint with traces of gold detailing. Shows wear and oxidation to metal fittings, remnants of gilt paint, and general surface wear from age and use. Hinge and clasp are loose but intact.
