Spiced Riberry Shrub Hampers and samplers this one celebrates our passionWe think Riberry is potentially one of the most underutilised Native Australian foods (and that's saying something because we don't use enough of any of our wonderful botanicals). The Riberry tree is in the same family as cloves and cinnamon and it shows. The fruit has a musky, moderately sweet flavour with distinct aromatic notes of the afore mentioned spices. Its tart and tangy finish leaves a refreshing, perfumed, cleansing sensation on the pallet.
