Lot 118 - Antique Carved Oak Desk Stand with Oak Leaf and Acorn Motif, Three Inkwell Recesses and Lift-Door Compartment, 13" L x 9-1/2" W 2915 substantial damage and loss ofAntique carved oak desk stand with dense relief carving of oak leaves and acorns across all visible surfaces. The sloped top has three recessed wells, two square and one triangular, for inkwells and accessories. The base features a front compartment with a lift open door. Inkwell inserts are not present. The piece shows wear consistent with age, with darkened patina throughout the carving and some wear to the top surface edges.
