But the fun doesnt end there because the ageing process is quite unique too. Initially, it's aged in first fill bourbon barrels and American oak casks which is then followed up with a ten month finishing period in first fill heavily re charred American oak barrels. It's bottled at 46% ABV. Those big sweet flavours are
