Reel's diameter is 3 3 8" but the spool width is more narrow than the Model 500. Similar in style and performance to the classic Hardy Perfect. The reel is in excellent condition throughout. Handling fishing marks only, no chips, cracks or corrosion. Mechanically it's in excellent working condition, having recently received a new brake shoe machined by Archuleta Reel
