The conservative rule of thumb (cross-checked against PSA's own auction history): PSA 9 2-3 raw, PSA 10 5-10 raw for DP-era cards, with the chase tier (Crystal / Gold Star / Shining / Prime / LEGEND / Full Art) skewing higher because the absolute population is smaller
