This card is interesting because A) the artwork is, once again, extremely creepy, and B) this is the first Scarecrow card, which would, believe it or not, go on to eventually become a creature tribe in Magic
Its abilities favor Witherbloom within the context of Secrets of Strixhaven if you're playing Limited formats, but for Standard, the card slots nicely into a variety of decks, including Mono-Black
