There is also a niche tradition of decks leaning into Pacts weirdness, either by nullifying its lose-the-game trigger, or better yet, foisting it onto their unsuspecting opponents
This is an incredible card for generating mana, and it can easily conclude a game thanks to loops created by Commanders being recurrable after they die
A 2/3 Vigilance is an acceptable creature (that gets quite good with a +1/+1 counter) and its not too hard to get a cards worth of value out of an extra 2/1
Its played in elemental decks alongside the incarnations like Solitude and Fury
