Case is brown leather with nickel hardware. Rear has a 2 1 2" loop with directional snap. Interior measurements are 2 3 4" High x 2" Wide x 1 1 8" Deep. Bottom has a circular cut out 1 2" in diameter to push a item up and out. This may have been for a Mic box or panic button. This could be used for latex gloves, narcan or similar objects.
