2021 Grenache Syrah, Creation Wine Heroes Domaine de la Rossignole isThe Spice Line This is a cool climate Rhne style red with a distinctly South African pulse. Ripe plum, blackberry and dark cherry lead the nose, wrapped in black pepper, tapenade, dried herbs, cocoa and a savoury umami edge. It has the depth and spice you want from Syrah, with Grenache bringing warmth, lift and a softer red fruited glow. On the palate, it is full flavoured and supple, with ripe tannins, natural freshness and a long, peppery finish.
