Clare Valley Shiraz 2021, Rodney & The Horse White but here they lean toSingle vineyard Shiraz from the northern part of South Australia's Clare Valley, wild yeast fermented and aged for 9 months in old French oak. Plenty of the dark red fruit and spice you'd expect, all brought into focus by supporting tannins and plenty of freshness. This '21 vintage is just starting to develop darker, spicier and more savoury characteristics.
