Murano Glass Bullicante Ashtray Cranberry Controlled Bubble Heavy Hand Blown 1940s barkcloth who first designed textiles forThis is a vintage controlled bubble glass ashtray that I believe was made in Murano, Italy. The glass is made in a deep cranberry colour with bullicante (air bubbles) and applied clear cigarette rests. The ashtray measures 5 1 2 in diameter with a height of 2 1 2. It weighs a little over 2 lbs and 6 oz. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks,or wear except for a couple of light scratches to the underside from surface contact, really minor
