Cask No. B8.1 India A 9-year-old Highland matured inDelicious fruity aromas of juicy red cherries and strawberry shoelace sweets blended in a big mixing bowl with banana bread, cinnamon buns and vanilla cookie dough. A spicy tingle on the tongue introduced a sprinkle of cayenne pepper, plus pineapple jelly sweets, marmalade and liquorice sticks dipped in pine sap. Chalky textures from sherbet bath bombs crumbled into powder when we added water, mixing with oak sawdust steeped in vanilla essence. Stewed
