One Panellist walked down a cobbled street at night in Victorian times when street lighting was fuelled by whale oil, while another stood enjoying the panoramic views from Dun I (hill of Iona in Gaelic), the highest point on the island. On the palate we were back in the Victorian era, now in a cigarette smoke filled pub ordering a porter beer served in a pewter tankard. A drop of water and it felt as if we had
