New players would justifiably ask so this tapped attacking creature will deal combat damage, but this tapped blocker wont? Queen of Ices tap ability as a creature is a little bit sketchy since its only a 2/3 and combat is going to easily be lethal, but the flavor fit is just too good not to include it
With all its 3 different modes the card has always an impact on the game
Even better, you can still interact with it with no problem whatsoever, letting you upgrade it any way you like with all sorts of Equipment and Auras
