Harmonie Brut GIN Well-integrated woodiness and delicateThis Vintage, created in 1976 by Pierre Jacquinot, is the quintessence of our wines. Produced only in exceptional vintages, this harmony of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir. It remains in our cellars at 12 C at 19 metres in chalk for many years, this extreme ageing does not diminish the cordon of fine bubbles.
