La Romanée一級園土壤富含卵石，排水良好且土壤貧瘠，苦苦掙扎的葡萄藤在此放棄開枝茂葉，轉而優先生產高質量的果實。清爽的檸檬風味揉合茴香、茉莉花、薄荷醇氣息。質地層次複雜，口感純淨集中，細膩的餘韻將品飲體驗再次昇華。La Romanée一級園擁有可比擬特級園的陳年實力。

葡萄來自「Les Cumines」地塊朝北的砂質土壤，樹齡52年。僅透過原生酵母發酵。先導入不鏽鋼槽完成發酵，再移至橡木桶中進行培養13個月。裝瓶前不澄清不過濾，過程不添加任何SO2。
