From the late 1920s - 1930s a delightful block-printed chinoiserie textile panel of chintz alive with exotic birds and blossoming trees

this hanging has echoes of Persian prayer rugs and has a pretty decorative floral border

An ecclesiastical stumpwork, embroidered and appliqud shawl worn around the neck by a priest. Dated 1828 but made using much earlier embroidered figures taken and re applied from an 16th century panel.
