It does have some surface damage but all minor, does not affect the function of the block. It has penguin on the sticker, assuming that is the brand. The largest sheave is 4 and the smaller is 1 3 4. Each can fit up to 5 8 line diameter. This is a swivel block, pin diameter at the very top to add shackle is 7 16. Overall this block is 11 in length.
