The panel of hand woven silk brocade in red and gold gilt silk is the work of an an extremely skilled craftsman. With subtle ecclesiastical imagery it may have been produced for a church as many of the highest quality textiles were. Measurements: outer mount: 55. 5cm X 71cm inner mount: 62cm X 68cm
