It does have some scratching to the plastic screen. It is model CS0283. The gauge is 3 3 8" diameter x 3 5 8" deep. There are a few "flattened" areas, looks like the previous owner may have shaved it down to fit in a certain area. Still completely solid with no lost parts. No bracket.
