Miniature vessels like this were most likely used for medicinal or some other concoctions in the Mayan Empire. Good condition. Traces of green and blue pigment. Chip to rim. Age related minimal wear. Dirt, dust and encrustation. Lovely patina. Size approx. 4,6cm x 4,6cm x 1,2cm. Provenance: Dutch private collection
