此款「父愛之誓」酒名「La Confiance de Mon Père」意為我父親的信任，強調父親對個人的信任和信心。葡萄來自酒莊在Cuisles村中所持有最古老的地塊「Les Bouts de la Ville」。將荖藤手工揀選並去梗，冷浸漬長達168個小時，透過放血法釀造的極罕見百分之百慕尼耶粉紅香檳。具有血橙、蔓越莓、草本香料等馥郁香氣，酒體豐滿結構十足，整體深邃而富有表現力，令人印象深刻。
