A brilliant quality mint positional block of four with large part original gum to full original gum. Importantly, the high value printing variety is only very lightly hinged. Minor wrinkles in bottom margin, mentioned for accuracy and inconsequential. A fine and attractive positional block. Stanley Gibbons
