主要來自Le Mesnil-sur-Oger特級村，再混合部分同樣為白丘的Oger特級村所產的葡萄所釀造。基酒全數於350L橡木桶中陳釀10個月，基酒混合了前一個年份窖藏基酒，比例為20%，二次瓶中發酵培養18個月，幾年開始酒莊多採零添糖，但標示Extra Brut。
