Giving all of your creature spells flash is neat, as is taking away their ability to play at instant speed, and by the time you cast this, I doubt either player has tons more cards to play

Separate old cards, rares, mythics, foils, full-art lands, Commander staples, sealed products, Secret Lair cards, and anything from early Magic sets

Planeswalker Nissas +1 offers a steady stream of card advantage/ramp and a somewhat menacing -7 ultimate

Basically both can be correct, its just about understanding the context

However, cantrips and draw ETBs still have potential at providing answers throughout the game
