That card wasn't good enough to see play, I think having to pay the 1 ink each time you want to draw is too punishing

The biggest issue with this bracket is that its very easy to build a Commander deck that fits within the restrictions of this bracket but is far more powerful than a preconstructed deck

I know Ive only discussed Zirdas first ability up to this point, but I honestly do not have much to say about the second one

Any spell can trigger this blue enchantment (unlike Esper Sentinel or Mystic Remora, for which you need a noncreature spell), and it has no downsides or per-turn limitations
