Azorius has arguably the two strongest cards in the booster packs, with Lavinia coming down early and stocking you up on clues, while providing a free way to crack them once a turn cycle
The condition is determined by a variety of conditions, and the main way to judge it is a combination of the number of markings and how many there are on the card
That's just ONE powerful side of this card - the other side is just as powerful, but for another type of deck
