When the EX Pokmon were reintroduced again as Basic Pokmon in 2012, it was pretty common for them to have 170-180 HP but we had to wait for the introduction of Mega Evolution in Pokmon XY for the HP to go over 200
Despite missing out on number one, this is still an excellent card which matches the quality of all the other Supporter cards in this list
Adding this critter just amps up the overall potency, plus making the opponents suffer for its demise without the need to whip up a Callous Sell-Sword, though unfortunately (thankfully?) not as built-in as a Cacophony Scamp
