Ill entertain arguments both for and against Delay being a hard counter, as that spell, technically, is coming back at some point, and if it's a creature itll be even more threatening because of haste
Lastly the Cavaliers also fail the Teferi test
The Mind Control ability is a fine payoff, though Im less excited about it
Artificial Evolution can exchange the dragon creature type with another, allowing you to reveal something ridiculous like Persistent Petitioners to end your opponents days
