The amount of colorless cards that would have to be pushed to make going mono-colorless attractive on power alone is absurd and basically impossible

Boom $8.99 Boom is a really intriguing spec for a variety of reasons
Multiform Wonder: [Category 3] ETB yield is 3 Energy for 5 mana, then you can spend 1 Energy in two ways: give it Flying, Vigilance, or Lifelink
Restricting enemy dual lands just meant it was harder to play enemy colors and that it limited what players were able to play
