The interaction between first strike and on-hit effects is honestly not something I can recall many (or any) cards utilizing, and I think its a really cool way to make this work

If youre running a lot of Auras or colored Equipment, Skrelv starts to creep ahead of these other two thanks to it not forcing you to detach all of those attached Auras and Equipment if the color you want protection from matches

While this is far too slow all round to be much good against quick decks on its own it still complements other cards very nicely

I dont know if its too slow to impact Standard or not, but this will for sure murder people in EDH

Red isn't quite as efficient at blowing things up outright, but it has much more flexibility
