I could also see Sarkhan being the key piece of a R/B Control deck which is the kind of deck that always looks better on paper than how it performs because of the variance in its draw steps and lack of velocity to filter through the deck, the exact problem Sarkhan can solve
you can just jot down what you need
Having all of these different options on one permanent is simply too good to pass up and should definitely see more play than just 11% of Isshin decks
I would be a lot more excited if Kelloggs body made Junk tokens, but as things stand, I see Kellogg as being much better positioned to succeed in the average Cube than Boomer Scrapper, a card that I wish had even just a little more juice
