Charismatic Conqueror isnt all that appealing if youre not supporting Vampires as a relevant creature type, but its a big deal if you are

The biggest reason is just that you are spending mana to trade for cards from their hand

This may be a bit outclassed by some of the cards I mentioned above, but its still pretty fun

Ill fully admit to bumping up the fun and impact rating a full point purely for nostalgia, but this is my list and you cant stop me

Gathering Knowledge and Wisdom could well be an Amethyst mainstay
