It facilitates massive turns where your graveyard becomes a supersized hand full of card draw and mana production
It is best suited for decks that focus on fire-based attacks or character synergy
Chaos: Whenever you roll Chaos, each opponent discards a card
Connive/Concoct also provides extra utility by being able to reanimate a dead critter, and Recoil is basically a Vindicate once your opponent's hand is empty
