All the cards you find in Ravnica: Clue Edition are fully legal in Magics regular game
Like most big Trading Card Games (TCGs or CCGs you can check out our very own the difference between TCG and CCG article for more information!), Disney Lorcana has its own website and even app, with plenty of useful resources for learning the game and checking out the currently available cards
Its condition for the creature to be tapped is a little awkward, but we can work around it
None of the cards included offer any real monetary value, but there is a code included to get both decks in Magic: The Gathering Arena for you and a friend
Unless you have lots of shuffle or a particular synergy with the Brainstorm such as miracles you are usually better off with a more self contained effect
As cards listed for sale are sent off to Ungraded to be snapped and uploaded, any cards that arent sold after 30 days will be charged an unsold fee worth 1% of the cards average price every 30 days after that - so best hope your card goes quickly
