It can lock out an opponent from special summons for a turn which is very powerful BUT keep in mind this will stop most paracides from using their effects in the opponent's hand (your opponent can choose how the chain resolves too) so make sure you don't add it when preparing an infectious attack
Equipment is evergreen now and we expect to see it every set
