The remaining 23 promos will appear with 2023-release Magic expansions, and will eventually catch up with the set's most recent years - the final promo will almost certainly be a card first printed this year

Once it inevitably does get reprinted, it should fall back down to a dollar or two, assuming it hasn't caught on as a staple in a competitive Modern deck by then, which is unlikely but not impossible
