This is the best Confiscate ever printed, and I still run it in Abe's Deck of Happiness and Joy

This excellent Phyrexian commander has enough of a deck-building restriction to it that you cant just jam it into any BW deck and hope to start proliferating, but it's an absolute powerhouse in the artifact/Phyrexian deck it was intended for

Its second-best feature is to double the triggers from the doctors abilities, so The Tenth Doctor can get plenty of Allons-y triggers, while The Ninth Doctor can get an extra upkeep, and so on
