Im not sure a card like this has what it takes outside of Standard, but there are enough four-drops and greater for it to be a powerful threat there
Currency Monsters are Extra Deck monsters with traditional Extra Deck traits (Special Summon, goes back to Extra Deck when it "returns to the hand", etc.) but it has some cool little tricks up its own sleeves
Between this and the fact that blacks best mana ramp spells only tend to thrive in specific niches of the Commander format, such as cEDH, mono and two color black decks, combo decks, and/or builds with reliable access to Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, theres really no way to rank these cards
