While it doesnt have the same kind of bite in Master Duel, it does act as a substitute to Book of Moon

They are both great places to put counters too because of their evasion, and Wakka can even smash some artifacts, which is almost always worth doing

It might just be that the Bandit is sufficiently more powerful that we should play it instead anyway, but I would guess its more likely that we want neither and should just play more removal or planeswalkers instead

Besides having an excellent hp and a move that does 100 damage, I wouldn't use this card in a deck because it just isn't effective with the amount of energy required with this card
