Having three opponents instead of just one means you have to be a lot more thoughtful with your attacks
Captain NghathrodCaptain Nghathrod has an interesting design, and Im happy to see Horrors getting a commander, but he struggles to make a cohesive deck because hes pulling you in two directions
Theyre also completely optional, meaning even those whove played the game may not have run into them
Just limiting them makes it a bit more RNG, a bit like who opens most power in powered cubes
But I think the whole point of the deck is that its a Council, so shes going to rely on the other creatures in the deck, particularly the legends
