I would imagine Sarkhan's Unsealing would need to be renamed, since it explicitly references a Magic: The Gathering character, and the Eldrazi Kindred Instant Not of This World may not be a good thematic fit, but a Fight Rigging card themed after the Wall Market fighting arena would make total sense
I dont think Aerith, Last Ancient is actually a good card within the pre-con that she comes in

Zanarkand, Ancient Metropolis is definitely the best one for Limited, and the runner up is either Midgar, City of Mako or Lindblum, Industrial Regency
All in all, probably not a card that will make Spikes drool, but sure to fulfill some Timmies' final fantasies
