So as far as strategy goes I would recommend using Breakdown mostly just make sure to have a lot of cards in your hand at all times, I would use Lost Crush when my opponent has a powerful Pokemon out there that needs a lot of energy and I would take one of the energy cards off that Pokemon, but with only a 50% chance of being able to do that I don't think I would use that move much
