Each time you cast High Tide that turn, you'll be adding an additional one blue mana whenever you tap the island, and this stacks for each High Tide you cast, resulting in infinite blue mana
What the heck is Hellkite Tyrant doing, we're never going to win off it, and the only haste enabler in the entire deck for it is Lightning Greaves
The card is also really flexible on its surface, it obviously just looks like its graveyard hate, but in actual gameplay its a well-sized body against creature decks and the flash ability makes it good against control decks as you can play around counterspells or flash it in at their end-step and pressure their planeswalkers
I think it falls a little short of being noteworthy as a commander, but it still pairs well with a creature like Guild Artisan or Scion of Halaster
Simply turn your Disney characters sideways to show that they are exerted , and you will receive the amount of lore indicated on their cards
