He has reasonable in built synergy and fairly unusually a really strong ultimate
He was especially good at punishing players relying on sweepers, both in dodging them and in how quickly he goes ultimate, creating an inevitability thats extremely hard to race
This tier is ideal if you care about having a visually stunning collection but dont want to pay the steep premium for perfection
