I think both Liesa and Dargo could prove to be equally problematic given their potential cost reduction
13 damage will wipe away pretty much anything that's not worth targeting with spot removal, and the discount means you can often play this for just a couple of mana
This is important because if you were to choose the targets for spells when you suspended them, those creatures/players/spells may not be legal targets X turns later when the spell is cast and it would just fizzle
Essence Anchor Essence Anchor also goes in your surveil deck, but it sure is a nice payoff if you are able to make cards leave your graveyard with any consistency
