Thats pretty common for TCGs as it allows the designers to make more well-rounded, playable decks
Cinderella, Stouthearted is a knight in full armour with adorable heart detailing, Gaston becomes an Intellectual Powerhouse as he maps out a plan and one of my absolute favourites shows Winnie the Pooh as a magical Honey Wizard
Hiram can destroy an item on play and while questing to draw two cards, Judy does a similar thing on play but only draws one card
The real standout is Aurora, Holding Court, the card taking over Amber decks and allowing some great Princess and Queen options in the early game to help build the Princess deck meta.
